I like cooking, experimenting & reinventing old favourites and I’m totally in love with Asian cuisine.
I’ve decided to ditch all processed sugar from my diet, hence all of the recipes are Gluten, Sugar and Dairy Free. I try to use only natural ingredients (wholefoods), together with spices, fresh herbs and good fats.
The only sugar I’m ok with is the one naturally occurring in fruits so no panic, there is a dessert section on my blog 😉
